Standard shipping for Italy is free with a minimum spend of €99, for amounts below this it costs €6.

Shipping for Europe is free for orders over €200, for amounts below this it costs €15. For non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway) it is free for orders over €250, for amounts below this it costs €20.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

During sale periods, deliveries may be delayed due to the high volume of orders.

To reduce waste, we ship your orders using reused packaging. A small gesture for a big environmental impact.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Conditions for return

You can return purchased items (in whole or in part) for a refund within 14 days from the date of package receipt. To be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

• They must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  

• They must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged, and with the tag still attached.
  

• Footwear must have intact soles free from any signs of wear.
  

Return procedure

To initiate the process, access:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return through this procedure will not be accepted.

Shipping costs

• Returns: Shipping costs for returning merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
  

• Size exchanges: In the case of a size exchange, shipping of the new item is instead covered by Rari.
  

Refund method

The refund will be issued only after the package is received and passes quality control.

• Costs withheld: The cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount (€6 for Italy, €15 for Europe).
  

• Timing and currency: Refunds are made in Euros. For credit card payments, the credit will be visible on the first available bank statement (times vary depending on the banking institution, typically around 20 business days).
