Shipping costs related to the return of the goods, or any exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return label still attached.
Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received in the package. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or used as a shipping box.
In case the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the package and only after quality control of the returned items.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, but in any case it is approximately 20 business days.
