Free shipping on orders over €79, throughout Italy.

For smaller orders the shipping cost is €6.

In conjunction with particular events, the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in respecting the established times.

Returns

Shipping costs related to the return of the goods, or any exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp at 3480053816 or via email at rari_shop@icloud.com.

The customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return label still attached.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received in the package. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or used as a shipping box.

In case the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the package and only after quality control of the returned items.
